Mara protagonist at Orgatec: the office is dynamic and sensorial
The company presented at the Cologne trade fair its novelties for the working space, the result of four collaborations with renowned designers: a flexible, multifunctional environment with technical connotations and domestic aesthetics, a source of wellbeing thanks to a design that emphasises comfort and colour.
The office of the future? It is a hybrid place, between physical and digital, thus versatile, able to change its configuration and functions depending on the context, whether it is within a traditional working space or within the domestic walls; it is an open space where furniture can modulate the environment and thus guarantee privacy, when necessary, encourage aggregation for the sharing of ideas, and even transform itself into contemporary furnishing accessories for the living area.
This multi-faceted concept is undermining the idea of an office made up of fixed workstations and, above all, relegated to the canonical workplace (the smart working and working from home are now an everyday occurrence), and Mara - a company specialising in hospitality and contract furnishings for office and community environments - is closely following its evolution.
The Collections. Between novelties and range extensions
Mara presented itself at Orgatec with a wide and diversified parterre of proposals, comprising novelties and best sellers – this category includes, among others,
Elle bookcase and
Foil tables.
Elle
New to the show is even
Elle bookcase, born from the infinite creativity of
Ferruccio Laviani. It fits into the environment with an extreme lightness and an architectural appeal; the modular structure allows numerous compositions, while the L-shaped element gives shape to the shelves and creates open and closed forms, such as containers or dividers. At Orgatec, Mara presents for the first time its evolution namely
Elle Consolle: a lower module that offers a great versatility and suitability for entrances and walkways.
Foil tables
Completing this scenography is the
Foil tables collection by
Christophe Pillet comprising the
Bench Workstation, equipped with accessories such as drawers, cable trays and acoustic panels, and the Desk with a laminate top and metal frame.
